Does there exists public backlogs from keycaps manufacturers like GMK, ePBT and so on?

Not sure if there are any public backlogs. Have you found any?
I see that most people are using GMK. But I thought about Geekark or Infinikey because of lower prices.

Not really, you kind of need to contact them or ask around. No one is maintaining a spreadsheet or anything, although that would be nice to know.

but its only estimates based on how many sets they output a month, does not factor in individual sets going longer in colormatching or larger gbs.
