In my experience IMSTO is slow but reliable.  I get the sense that he is self-conscious about his English ability, which makes him less verbose with his communication (or not at all).  He's sometimes hampered by slow and unreliable suppliers.

Him having a store on the web makes it seem like it works like a normal store.  You pick, you pay, they confirm, they ship.  But the process isn't usually that smooth.

I understand your frustration; I think contacting him will work but it may take a little while for him to get back to you.

Good luck!

As heedpantsnow said : Imsto can be slow, but he is no scammer.

Why are the mods not censoring this attack on a highly respected vendor?

OK, one very important thing to understand about all Chinese shipping. If you don't pay extra for expedited service, Chinese air mail is very slow. Intra region (East Asia) is already 3 weeks at least and it is often 4-5 weeks if you're further away.

People who buy from me sometimes marvel that it takes 3-4 days (occasionally) from Singapore to them. That works only because this is a major air hub and has daily flights to most major cities. Second tier Chinese cities, heh, ...heh.... heh...

This is not an attack , just a simple question ( had to clarify this )

First of all, the mods shouldn't be censoring anything, especially if it involves a concern regarding one of the vendors on this site.  Second, where do you see an attack?  OP is relaying an issue that should be dealt with.

It doesn't take two months for an item to ship and be delivered.  4-5 weeks is not 8 weeks.  There's an issue that should be fixed, regardless of who is involved in the transaction.

email him or PM him here

he was on vacation at some point recently, that might have something to do with it

he's slow but reliable, like others have said

you used the word scammer, which is why he jumped to attack and not question

normally this would fly but you posted in the feedback subforum (MODS PLS MOVE)

it's no biggie, people like to jump to conclusions here

As stated above, Imsto will get your stuff to you but it will take time, more than you expect. I have made two purchases so far through Imsto and they have both taken a decent amount of time to even get an update and tracking number but make no mistake you will get your stuff.

Not to jump to conclusions, but you always have to be measured when you use your words in conjunction with other words.

Is Obama a scammer?

Obama - terrorist or hero?

These are considered inflammatory and rightly taken as trollbait.

In any case I notice the OP changed his wording.
