The GB is now full and production is progressing for the newer test parts.

Update with answered questions:
As of 21st November there are 2 PC units and 3 Aluminium units left available.
Custom QMK PCB (click to see the KLE) (http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/gists/d580e2f7311f359b8ccd3363a9b9cef5)
Split backspace is supported on both the PCB and the ANSI plate.
PCB is a mini-USB connector
ANSI plate is being made in aluminium, polycarbonate and brass. ISO only in brass due to the lower order qty.
I've decided to limit the time period left so that the process can be kicked off well in advance of Christmas shutdowns. That being said I'm imposing a time limit of two weeks from today for orders to complete. There's a mere 5 units left so don't miss out if you're interested. The buy will be going ahead regardless at this point and I'm looking forward to the final results.
At the moment there is a trial running with the factory to ensure the standards are excellent. I will be working closely with them to make sure the product is the best it can be!

I knew there was something I forgot! Sorry my fault for being dumb, I'm going to do shipping when I have the boards in hand so I can calculate them exactly but it should be around €40 (~$50) for the US, and around €20 (~$25) in europe.

No to hotswap.
Plate: ~267g in brass
Top: ~137.5g in alu, ~62g in PC
Base: ~610g in alu, ~280g in PC
Weight: ~450g
Alu unbuilt: ~1.5kg
PC unbuilt: ~1.05kg
For reference my prototype (PC) weighs: 1.45 kg built

they are not pre made but I decided to fix the numbers to the amount of boards made. I also chose to have them fixed as the number selected to ease the process on my end as I can pre-draw this and not have to deal with further customised designs (each one takes me time to produce and verify)
