Free IBM RT3200

I bought it for the nubbin, but it turns out the middle button didn't get recognized by linux!  IIRC it worked in windows, but honestly I don't remember, and don't have windows to check.

Euro layout, so funky for an English-speaker to type on.

PM me and we'll work out shipping.

I'm parting ways with my Cherry G80-11900.  It has MX-black switches.  It has a broken touchpad.  Cherry wouldn't sell me a replacement part.  Those jerks.  It had a flakey key switch, but I replaced it.  It comes with an extra keyswitch in case another goes out.

Interesting history:  It came out of the datacenter of a local library that was demolishing an old building.  I also could have bought the rackmount folding monitor/keyboard drawer which was super nifty but rather useless without a server rack.

(that last picture is just because macro lenses are fun)

PM, and we'll work out the shipping.

Does anyone have one or two Matias Clicky switches with which they would be willing to part? I'm trying to figure out if I should move away from Cherry. I purchased a five-pack of the quiet click from Mechanicalkeyboards.com, but the standard clicky are out of stock (for the five-pack at least), and I would like to avoid paying for 90 switches just to test it out. I'm not sure if I'm sold on linear switches, but if you think the Matias linear are significantly better/different than the Cherry variety, then it'd be nice to try those too while I'm at it. The quiet click feel very nice compared to Browns and Clears (I've got some Zealio purple on the way, but haven't received them yet), so I'm interested to see if the clicky are also more satisfying as well. Thanks for any and all help!

Have you tried calling Matias for a sample?  I know it's probably a long shot, but they may send you one for free.

Let me know how it goes.  I've been thinking about doing the same to try one of their quiet switches.

This might be a bit forward, but would anyone happen to have an empty stock Poker case they don't need?

I don't really NEED one, but I'd like one for trial purposes with a new PCB I'm getting before I put it in a nicer case. I'd be happy to keep passing the case around to anyone else who might be in a similar circumstance and needing of one. :3

No worries! As long as it has the same mounting locations or enough of the same locations as Poker-style cases, I can use it!  :thumb:

I think 4 of the 6 screw holes line up (V60 has 2 screws that screw upwards through the bottom of the stock case). Perhaps someone can confirm.

I also don't know what the dimensions of your PCB are, but the following might be useful:

From what I've read, the V60 is compatible with Poker cases so I imagine that the Poker would be compatible with V60 cases.
I proxy anything including keyboards (キーボード / 鍵盤), from both Japan (日本) and China (中國). For more information, you may visit my dedicated webpage here: https://www.keyboards.es/proxying.html

Thanks for the info, guys! It's for a Duck Eagle PCB, so its mounting points are limited, even in a poker case. I think it will be fine if I can get at least two mounting points. I ask if it's similar to the poker mounting points mainly because only about three or four, I believe, are compatible between the two.

I'm still having several parts of my 1394542 laying arround, including some caps, controller+speaker, plastic plate, rubber sheets and the metal plate. All ISO if it matters.

Does anyone have a spare zealios switch they aren't using?

Looking for a specific weight?

I'm still having several parts of my 1394542 laying arround, including some caps, controller+speaker, plastic plate, rubber sheets and the metal plate. All ISO if it matters.

Does anyone have a spare zealios switch they aren't using?

Looking for a specific weight?

Did you happen to receive your keycap yet? Tracking stopped at Chicago on my end.

The heaviest with tactile

If you don't mind the waiting time, I could send you one then! (IIRC you only need one?)

No, nothing so far. The tracking stopped at Chicago for me too. However there were other caps that I sent at the same time as yours and they didn't arrive yet, so maybe there are delays on the mail way.
