I will ask them about your v key...
I'm confused on what people are saying about the " key. Looks the same as in this image:
As WELL as the same as my WASD " key.
It's kinda fuzzy in your picture there, but it DOES appear to be the same as in the picture you have.
Here's what my keyboards/keycap sets have to say about it.
FUJITSU: Slanted like [/], thicker on top (smart)
WYSE: Vertical, but thicker at the top (dumb)
IBM: symmetrical line (ambiguous) ("really dumb
")
UNICOMP: looks like a small raised "comma" (smart)
OLIVETTI: Similar to WYSE (dumb)
CMSTORM: like IBM ("really dumb
")
WASD: Almost like IBM (smart?) (it's a vertical line) but it does look slightly slanted, but not as much as fujitsu
So, other than Cmstorm, IBM, and maybe WASD, all the evidence I have indicates that it's suppose to be thicker on the top (so the "comma tail" is supposed to be on teh bottom) and the Unicomp indicates that it's supposed to be just like a comma, but raised.

Really, though I'd be nitpicking if I thought it was a big deal.
