Hiragana kit for an Antarctica themed set seems a bit odd. Love the colours though!
I agree that the hiragana kit doesn't make that much sense for this theme - but aside from that, loving the rest of the kit options, color, and novelties!

Some small kitting issues:
There is only accent ISO Enter in the base kit.
R4 extra ISO key is missing from the light alpha kit.
Light alpha kit has a second B but there is no light space kit.
Can you add a centered stem Caps Lock in the base kit?

Love the color and theme of the set! I also wish to add on my sentiment that matching the dark modifier legends to those of the alphas in the base kit would look much better, and personally would warrant me getting the modifier kit over the current modifier kit.
I noticed in the kitting that all additional right shift on the 3rd to last row are labeled incorrectly: the label says 2.75u but the actual key size looks to be 2.25u (same size as the 2.25u enter key above it). This applies to both the base kit and the dark mod kit.

Unless my eyes are tired, the dark R4 "<>" is not available in the base kit (dark). It's only in the light alpha kit (which is weird because it should be a mirror it the dark theme) and in the NorDe kit. Also it's not the Azerty Kit which make it useless for some languages like ISO-FR.
Regarding the light alpha kit configuration, I suggest to move this specific "<>" key from NorDe to the base kit or .... i don't know review how this is included in other kits like AZERTY

I originally had the <> in the base but I took it out when I moved ISO-UK to the base. I must have missed it when creating the AZERTY kit, I'll make sure to add it there.
As for the Light alpha kit, I am going to opt to keep it at terminal ISO rather than provide ISO-UK or ISO-FR support because there is just no way to fit everything in there

Nice set but the AZERTY Kit is an ISO Fr Kit. ISO Be is also an AZERTY, you should rename it to avoid confusion ;)

I really like this set and I'm very interested in getting one.
I also agree with some of the posts before me that more novelties would definitely be nice.
For me, the existing novelties don't really seem to gel together too nicely as some are outlined (the penguins) and some are filled (fin and fish), but maybe that's going to look good in the real world and I'm just overly sensitive to that ;D
Oh, and please add an artisan to the set!

At that point it will feel too much like KAT/KAM kitting. I think 14 kits is a good balance where most people can get what they want and the vendors don't hate me for having a ton of kits.
I think the look you are going for shouldn't be too expensive all things consider, plus the base kit + Hiragana kit is enough for 2 boards.

ePBT sets are almost always dye sub PBT. Hopefully OP can provide a 100% confirmation, but I'd assume ePBT without a mention of material will be PBT.

Is there no more chance to add a few dark novelties in the novelties set? I don't think we need a ton of them, just a few. I am mainly planning on getting the base kit + dark modifiers + novelties, so it'd be cool to have a few dark novelties as a part of the novelties set just so I can spice things up if I want to go with full dark keycaps sometimes.

Looks like a mistake to me.
For the alpha legends/accents, will you be matching to the Pantone code, or the renders? Perhaps it's just my display, but Pantone 2001u looks much more yellow than the (peach? birch? not sure how to describe it) color of the renders.
I don't get why the legend color for dark mods is different than dark alphas. I really love how the alphas look in the base kit, but for someone who wants to dark mods plus dark alpha, the color switch could(base on preference ofcourse) be a huge turnoff.

Don't know whether this is possible, but could the caps lock be changed from the down arrow to the purse/bag? Not many sets have that nowadays :sadge:Because it doesn’t look good.

I am very new to custom mechanical keyboards and completely new to group buys. I absolutely love this set, and I am thrilled that it will be possible to have it in ISO-FR. I want to make absolutely sure that I do not miss it when the group buy happens, and I wanted to ask you if there was anything I could do to ensure that I receive a notification to purchase it (as I am not sure I will be visiting this site regularly -- ofc I will still do so as much as possible to be safe). I completed the IC form and added my email, but I am not sure if that means I will receive an email notification when the group buy happens. Is there anything I can do to not miss it? I have joined the discord server as well.

I've seen this exact comment around a bunch (or some variant). Almost feels like a bot comment, but maybe it's just a common question for new GH folks. Either way: welcome!
Look at the top of the thread. You'll see a watch and notify button -- click both. Go to the "Notifications" tab in the top bar -- change the settings to meet your desired behavior. You should also see a section called "Current Topic Notifications" which should now include this thread. You'll now get thread updates sent to the email you registered with GH (maybe you want to test this out on a more popular thread).
OP will likely update the thread when the GB starts, but those emails should at least keep you up-to-date with the thread activity.
As a side note, this IC is being worked on but not commented on all that much. Don't be discouraged if this takes a while to get from IC to GB.

The alphas and mods are swapped, it's an entirely different shade of white, and the mods are far more saturated on rudy. No one will get mad

Nope, dude just dipped without a word. Saw this thread was updated, and the discord server was deleted without an announcement.
Really unfortunate to see that this got cancelled. This was one of the sets I was really excited for and anticipated for a while. I wish the best for Alternis, I think he was dealing with some IRL stuff, and I hope to see him come back and maybe bring this set back to life.
