Aliexpress is also great for budget keycaps, delivery takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months

My choice would be Novel Keys PBT, specifically PBT PBoW that's in stock right now. The quality is really impressive for the price point, with similar thickness and sound to my GMK keycaps. They're not doubleshot but the quality of the dyesub legends is really impressive. The coverage for weird layouts is significantly better than a lot of more expensive *ahem* gmk *ahem* sets, and other than the confusingly non-scooped F and J keys that weirdly have no difference from the regular alphas being a disappointment. The set is really nice for the price
