hey, i emailed you for that issue
previously, i got another issue for a key and you sent me a wrong key, it was ''w'' and you gave me a ''m''

#1) Doh!  Sorry about the M vs W. Did you email to let us know we sent wrong switch?  We're happy to send out another one - we'll be sure to plug our heads in this time lol.

#2) Did you contact someone at MK about the paint issue?  It's hard getting anything concrete from Vortex on RMA policies.  I'm not sure when you bought it or the exact story, but please put a ticket in with us, and we'll do our best to make it right!

yes i did contact them for that issue + paint issue including pics and this thread link.
wish they receive my email and will figure it out.
