That looks really cool, what is it from Binge? O>O
Hyper Light Drifter?
Ohh thank you, looks like it will be out on the Vita too might have to pick it up as it looks visually nice anyway, although I'm never a fan or RPG typey games :X

Hyperlight is an RPG?  First I've heard of this.

Yup. From the kickstarter:

Quote
Hyper Light Drifter is a 2D Action RPG in the vein of the best 8-bit and 16-bit classics, with modernized mechanics and designs on a much grander scale.

Blam, looks like it is though our of curiosity what did you think it was then binge? O>O

– Red Alert 4
– Dirt 4
– Medieval 3: Total War
– Warcraft 4

– any game set in the English civil war (do please let me know if anyone's aware of the existence of any such thing, even if just a campaign in a larger game)
– anything mediaeval or quasi-mediaeval (preferably strategy or RPG) that doesn't capitalize on: sex, occultism, magic, cynical view of humanity, dumb violence, and religion bashing
– any other RPG or RPG-strategy mix, with similar conditions
– any soap opera with similar conditions
– any historical city sim set in an interesting setting (Japan would be great, mediaeval Europe too, dunno really, surprise me)

Wouldn't mind a Dune game, or even a decent Star Wars title, or something in the Mass Effect universe.

Cookie Clicker update. I play vanilla and have only 2 achievements out of 159 left to unlock… and obviously get NaN cookies. Any new content should make it fun again, at least for a while, and the new milk flavors should help me finish the game faster than in two years total.

Almost forgot Just Cause 3.  Is Lost Ark the game being made by one guy?  Maybe it's a small team.  It does look pretty dope.

JC3 for sure, even if I never do the missions, it's great to just parachute around causing chaos.  Stoked to try Overwatch soon, as it seems to be an interesting take on the genre.  Fallout 4 is def on the menu, though I hope my video card is up to snuff, it was top of the line when I got it, but now its just below the recommended minimum for the game. :(

I am looking forward to a modern classic like System Shock 3, or Half Life 3, if these games ever get made.

I really enjoy how re-playable and smooth these older games ran, and wish we had more like it. ^-^

Modern games are very polished but don't seem to have the same re-playability factor.

It really does! Looks like some of those older futuristic Half Life mods like Neo Tokyo/Dystopia/Public Enemy.

Glad to hear the beta was good.  Just watched the most recent trailer or whatever the proper term is for videogames and it looks awesome.  Can't wait to play.  Also thinking of picking up COD: Black Ops 3 when it comes out, but not sure if I have enough time to split between the two games.

The only major problem was that one of the multiplayer modes was very unbalanced, however it was still accurate to the movies, since the Rebels did have a great disadvantage

The Battlefront beta was good, but while I was playing it I realized I wouldn't pay $60 for it. I might get it whenever it's on sale.

Yeah, wasn't entirely sure if $60 is worth it, since most of that is probably paying for the Star Wars name

Dark Souls 3... I can't wait. Still waiting on The Division to come out someday.

I'm trying to have high hopes for Black Ops 3. I really enjoyed BO and BO2, along with World at War.. most of Treyarch's CoD games have been good.. whereas MW3 and Ghosts I just hated. Hoping that the zombie mode in BO3 is fun. Original zombie maps in WaW and BO were sooooooo good. I kinda hated what they did with it in BO2 though.. so hopefully they go back to how it originally was.
