Want to build a phantom...are these parts compatible?

Hey geekhack!
I'm interested in putting together my own keyboard since I've struggled to find one that fits exactly what I'd like.
I'm interested in a TKL keyboard with MX Clears, ideally in an aluminum case. It seems like the Phantom PCB would be a nice starting point for this. I found the following parts, and wanted to be sure they're compatible:
https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/High-Quality-Anodized-Aluminum-Case-Shell-For-Filco-87-Tenkeyless-Mechanical-Keyboard-Including-Key-line-separation/429151_32617566709.html
https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1443
https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=536
I'm planning to follow the directions found here:
https://deskthority.net/wiki/Phantom_instruction_guide
Any guidance or advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
