The PCB will support both Cherry MX and ALPS switches, and there will be 2 separate plates to accommodate both switches. The CU-775 will support both ISO and ANSI layouts, and will feature underglow RGB lighting and also individual in-switch single colour LEDs.

I'm been looking for a nice white case.  Interested to see how the render looks.

Very interested, but how is the white achieved? PEO (aka MAO)?

Also, any update on this? I was really looking forward to it. You could also add some keys to it for the left column of this keyboard.

Also also, top case mounted please

The option to have arrow keys is available, on the right.

Love the layout, so close to my endgame (which doesnt exist yet) I wish you could do like a redscarf II style case/pcb with the F key row ontop.

I am seriously considering changing the layout to this:

Similar to Redscarf II, but without the gap.

What do you think?

Hey everyone,

After some feedback, the vast majority interested in this are concerned about the column of keys on the left.

Not bad, personally I don't know why but really like the gap.... Here's the layout that I'm talking about

Perfect. I would buy ISO.
I vote for NO gap.

I regret to inform the community that development on the CU-775 has ended. Whilst I personally love the layout of the CU-775, the community raised legitimate concerns over sourcing keycaps for the column on the left.

The CU-775 will be replaced by the upcoming CU-75, which will feature a standard 75% layout (supporting both ANSI and ISO), but will be the first 75% to support Cherry MX and ALPS switches.

An entirely new thread will be created for the CU-75 once I have renders of the PCB and case. Thank you for understanding.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.

Kind regards,

capsunlocked
