I already have both a 5v and a 12v MeanWell, and I may pick up a 3.3v sometime within the next few months.

720w, ed. seven hundred and twenty watts.

also, for everyone else's EDification (ah hah hah ahhhhh.... :( ), this is < 1/2 of retail price for a very high quality switcher. i also live about 20 minutes from allelectronics.

Yeah, but you can get one of the cheaper smaller MeanWells if you're just going to be powering LEDs on a keyboard as you suggested... The keycaps will MELT with that much power...

I might go for this, but I have a sunblade PSU that can do 90A on 3.3V, and 70A on 5V. It also has a nice carry handle.

fun fact is that those high current logic level power supplies were actually built for short wave RF tx/rx. short wave is going the way of the dodo, so they're all getting surplused now. they were, of course, all built like tanks, so they're fantastic buys.
