You can also make your own VESA mounts for a few dollars at Home Depot.

Is it friction alone that prevents the two outer monitors from swinging down?  If so, how confident are you that it will hold for an extended time?

The pipe hangers are pretty damn tight to the pipes. They don't move at all, not even with some added force.
Also, I built this back in August of 2014 and have not had any issues with anything moving.

Great to know.  :thumb:  My bike light is held to the handlebars with a similar clamp and it rotates all the time.  Obviously that's subjected to some bumps and bounces, but I thought maybe the extra weight of a monitor might cause that to happen even without being jostled.

Yea, to be honest I was kinda surprised that this has worked as well as it has.

Yeah, I've watched only the first 3 ~ I'm spreading them out over time so I don't binge on them. I'm a huuuuuuge GITS fanboy since the first movie and manga. GITS:SAC was a treasure too.

Arise definitely is a fresh new take on it ~ I was kind of sad they didn't use Atsuko Tanaka but at the same time, I absolutely adore Maaya Sakamoto so I couldn't really complain, and after hearing it, I was immediately satisfied :3

Very nice clean setup.

But is your room rectilinear?  And is the desk not lined up with the walls?  Doesn't that bother you?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Current battlestation. Have a few other keyboards as well but those are up for sale.

Haha, love the match between your chair and the keycaps. Interesting combo that I've never seen people coordinate before. Super cool.

Thanks man! I actually wish I had gotten a more neutral color chair like black or gray, but green is my favorite color and I'm really happy I was able to get my hands on Nuclear Data. Here's hoping I can get some green HKP blanks so my HHKB can fit the theme :)

Been lurking for years and finally thought I'd share my work setup with screens I grabbed as they became available. The Acer on the right is mainly there for troubleshooting and switching to the Mac Mini.

And a close up on the board:
