Water cooler FTW.  My uncle gave me one from his old office a few years ago.  Comes in real handy when people come over trying to drink all of my filtered water.

Posted my setup a few weeks ago, but since i moved here is an update. I ended up having to downsize to a lot smaller room and a lot of my electronic repair equipment is now out in the shed.

I ended up getting a 29" Ultrawide.

The second picture is me playing around with the google image sphere stuff, on the white PC case on the left is my VHF ham radio and in the case are my sealed deep cycle batteries and solar charge controller for my power backup. Then in the cabinet in the right corner is my new open media vault file server i put together with my modem router and network switch, i managed to hide most of the wiring but i cant do anything about the power cables yet.

I like the desk. What desk is that? And the storage unit to the right of it? The Woo Audio headphone stand is a nice touch.

The desk is a custom order from www.ironageoffice.com

I sent them measurements of my PC case + audio equipment and they custom made the case on the side to fit everything and it is just short enough it can slide under the desk or fit on the side.

4K Samsung monitor, Macbook 2015, Elecom Thumb trackball, Wacom tab, 3 sets of Headphones (all modded - T10's, TH-X00 and one being my own DIY headphone), Dac and Dual Mono amp hidden under desk and a semi-custom fully lit 60% KB to set it off.

I mean think about how much time you spend at work, might as well make it as fun and nice as possible, right?!

Nice work setup. What do you use for program tiling? And what DAC/AMP is that? Thinking about getting a DAC for work too because now I mostly listen to music at work not home.

My work setup for now. First day at work with HHKB. Colleagues are asking questions and wondering why I would spend 200Euros on a keyboard. Topre is love and love isn't rational. That's why.

P.S. Can someone recommend a good budget DAC I could get? Will get new headphones from Massdrop some time in May and want some quality audio with them. My Thinkpad soundcard isn't doing a great job in that department.

Yeap, I like it too. Still isn't finished though, have a extended mouse pad on the way, need to get that DAC and headphones. Then I'll start saving money for a new laptop. X200s is great but the display and specs are outdated and I need a bit more power/juice for work now. Wallpaper is a photo made by me featuring the lovely HKP Woodland Raven. It's posted in keycap/keyboard photography thread if you're interested.

The Roost stand. Got it through Kickstarter. A wonderful gadget for travelling. I take my laptop/keyboard/mouse/stand with me everywhere so it's great for getting the screen up from the table on the go.

Yeap, bought it for ~90Euros and been using it daily for everything for almost a year. Put Linux on it and it works like a charm. Nah, I'll invest in a DAC so I can use it with other stuff. But it's a nice project non the less and I will think about it.
