1. I did notice some movements of the plate and PCB in Alexotos video. Is that totally fine to use?

2. Can I build the o-ring config with hotswap PCB?

Hi!

So we switched to a medium size o-ring (it was small before), which fixed the pcb movement. Also, yes that should be fine, but I would recommend getting these screws from KBDfans: https://kbdfans.com/products/kbdfans-m2-3-countersunk-flat-head-screw-kit. There are holes in the PCB/Plate for these screws, which will help prevent the pressure of the o-ring mount from dislodging the PCB and plate.
