I've been looking for PBT keycaps in this color scheme and in this profile for a long time. Ordered the core set and the Wallpaper deskmat!

According to what Jae (owner of Prototypist) said in this post, there shouldn't be any issues for EU buyers participating in group buys taking place before 2021.

Whilst you are right that we dont know the UK's position within the EU and any shipping / VAT or other constraints in 2021, there are contingency plans in place to ensure that shipping can be conducted without inference of additional fees should delivery of the GMK sets take place in 2021. 

Also, VAT will be paid on these items at point of sale where it is due; and will be marked as such when shipped if any delays push the delivery into 2021. The GB takes place as an EU transaction at the moment and is bound by the single market and customs union rules. Those rules state that goods sold under them should only be inclusive of VAT once. There will be many many businesses that sell something in 2020 that ships and is delivered after the changes take place; and both the EU and UK have said that those customers should not be impacted.

Finally, its highly likely that the current end-date of Dec 2020 for the UK to formally leave the EU trade agreements will be extended given the impact the Corona Virus has had on the economy and this is something myself and my accountant are paying close attention to.

Oh well, I want to avoid this future issue, but Jae is probably right that there is no legal ground for import tax at customs. I hope the GB is much easier to manage with one proxy less, I honestly have no idea how big the overhead is, I imagined not that much. The set will be a success in any case.
