Keycap conversion kit

Hi all. Newbie here so apologies but it's probably been asked before.
I have an older keyboard. I think the caps are membrane with the long square ISH post down the middle. I was recently bought a set of I think "cherry" keycaps with the cross on the dot.

Obviously they don't fit. I was wondering if there is a conversation kit to suit?
