And don't forget the Brobot therapy thread if your dreams are crushed.

Just hug me already, bro. And don't let go.

Do internet speeds / distance from BroCaps affect the time between hitting send and him receiving the email?

Ya exactly.  PING OP!!!  What is your ping rate to the west coast US?  Do you have a solid email provider who will actually send your emails on time...  haha...  heres to hoping...

He has two pages from 10:00:00 (so like 70 emails on Outlook web client).

Patience is a virtue. I would just go to sleep and check later :)

I'm just assuming that I needlessly prepared myself emotionally for weeks and then hopefully be pleasantly surprised if an invoice shows up. Feel free to do the same.

And don't forget the Brobot therapy thread if your dreams are crushed.
I wish I would have created that thread as well as my Clack Therapy thread. Or would that be like a conflict of interest or something?

Have we got a Gas Mask therapy thread yet?

Or a Bingecap therapy thread?

Exactly!

Maybe we just need a generic "therapy" thread, although I dread to think what people will post there.

Quick Update:

Roughly 50 people got in. I will be spending the next couple days producing a bit more to fulfill the demand.
I honestly did not expect this much demand :3

I appreciate your patience and am humbled by your appreciation of my work.

I will do my best to get your notifications and invoices out with haste. For those who did not make it in that have a Gold V2 order, I will be shipping those out on Monday.

-Bro

only ~50 of the people who got 10:00:00 got it

maybe i'll get one in the production he does today.

what a good guy though, trying to get more people in

congrats on the successful sale, bro!!

It also gives us a vague idea of how many there were in total, although not necessarily of each colour.

And that same gut-wrenching suspense as the timer counted down ...

We got enough practice for these types of sales from previous Clack sales. Just refresh the countdown page at like 10 seconds remaining, hit send when it hits exactly zero and hope for the best! Or you can risk clicking send just milliseconds before it hits zero if you're feeling lucky but definitely don't wait until after it hits zero.

Aha I see.

First time participating in anything like this.

Damn, the first sale and it's already as bad as a clack 4grabs. Welp, dreams shattered, purple and emerald are forever gone.
Wow, those were the only two colors I wanted as well.

I'd be happy with just one of any color! Doubt my submission at 10:01 will cut it...

Yep..so much people did it exactly at like 12:00:00 that well it ruined everyone's chance if they did it even 30 seconds after.
A bit sad that I probably didn't get it but that's expected. At least I got a gasmask coming in *halfsmile*

I think he goes down the list and gives you 3 of what you want that he still has. So the 50 people who got in already took up what stock there was, MX and topre

well if I happen to get in I'm happy to give two of them up to others who have none, otherwise quite exciting now isn't it nice he said he will be making more to meet the demand though maybe that may mean he's making ones for people that ordered this time? that would be very nice of him.

That's a very kind offer! Bro has mentioned that he's going to be making more (presumably of the same colors) to meet some of the additional demand, so don't give up your caps too soon :).

I just checked the seconds on my email cause you guys are making me paranoid.

Sun, 12 Jan 2014 13:00:30 -0500

You guys are making me worried I didn't get anything.  Hopefully I picked a solid enough range of colors that I got 'something'.  We will see...

So 30 seconds late? He did say only 50 people got in on his current stock, all of which sent at XX:00:00. So if you were 30 seconds late..... I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I think you need to wait till he restocks unfortunately.

Here's some of what I can gather.
-50 got in
-2+ pages of emails at xx:00:00 mark
-Bro uses Outlook which means at least 30 emails per page (I counted on my phone on the PC site not mobile)

So with 2+ pages at exactly the 0s mark, that means that the only people who got in (so far on existing stock) would be those whos emails arrived at Bros inbox at exactly xx:00:00. This also means that there are plenty of people who did hit that same mark who also won't be getting in (on current stock).
