Is the Hiragana Kit use new molds? I can't think of another reason why that kit costs so much other than new molds.
You should also post links to all of the vendors on this thread. You posted an image that tells us the sites but having a link directly to each is more helpful.
You also have a third B in the spacebars kit, there's already 2 in the Base kit. Not too sure if it's to late to take that extra one out of the spacebars kit.

This month is stacked for my keycap cravings, there's no way I can forego those lovely green mods... must limit myself to base kit.

Still an awesome looking set that I'll try to hop on if I can justify letting 90+% of the base kit sit in the box :(

It’s tough to come by quality green keyboards, but I definitely wouldn’t go to aliexpress or anything like that. You have some time to save, it’s gonna be a while.

Yeah, I am definitely worried about this one. The set looks fantastic, but I can hope that people will order it.Over a month to go, and extras will as per usual be ordered by the vendors, i.e. no sweat. No reason to hold back or be worried.
Good thing this GB is running over a long time, as I can't make up my mind due to the high price of alternate alphas and novelties.
But I know I will regret not getting this set.
But I am still not sure on which Keylabs key I'd prefer.
I am not quite sure I "understand" the swirl version, what is it exactly? It's just a random pattern of green mixed in? (it looks very black on the pictures)
Are the pictures renders or a prototype? I would assume each one would be a unique pattern?

However, I have a couple of issues - both due to me being in the UK.
- The EU vendor have stopped shipping to the UK until further notice.
- I like to use an ISO/UK layout, and don't want the US number row. I'm more than happy to use the Hiragana monolegends but it doesn't look like they are going to hit the MOQ. What happens in that instance?

Totally ! I was a bit bummed about the price of some kits when pricing got announced as I wasn't sure I could get everything I wanted, but it was 100% worth it.
Some of the best colors I have ever seen and will for sure be one of my most anticipated sets :thumb:

I bought all sets -novelties and I was planning to build 2 65% boards one with latin alphas and one with hiragana ones.
BTW, this is the first groupbuy I joined, and the keycap colors look absolutely gorgeous.

It’s probably because vendors realized this is a sleeper set I guess. That and the amount of people joining this hobby every day means that by the time they get extras in I’m sure there’ll be a whole new wave of demand in for these.
It’s been almost a year since this project finished gb and there’s been no updates on color matching or anything. Sets that ran the same month as this one are starting to be delivered and it would be nice to know what’s going on with this one

Estimated production completion from GMK was originally 38 weeks from close, however they have been quite delayed with production. We now estimate production completion in Q2 2022.According to Kono update page.

I don't understand how the final product color matching could be so off. Wasn't this checked? We've all been waiting 2 years for this.

Designer's excuse was the render was wrong (so silly of them!). Don't worry they'll fix it in R2 you just have to trust them this time!
Making new renders to match the final screwed up product is just hilarious. Designer definitely f-ed up the color matching. I feel GB runners have to be held accountable in some way if the final product comes out looking too unlike what was promised. I almost bought some extras, glad I held out hoping for an R2. No way I'm going anywhere near another one of this designer's GBs though. I'm not in the discord channel, so does anyone know if the designer posted pics of samples?

My monitor is fully calibrated for design work. I know what I am looking at....
Also, those color chips should match close enough without too far off from samples.
I have bought at least 30 different sets of GMK, and this is one of the only sets I have received with such issue. (Aside from Mizu, but that turns out better than render)
For those who are disappointed with this set, GMK Dandy with alternative base set is closer to the color chips provided than this set. It's an option for those who still looking for similar color scheme.

Well the real life RALs look a lot different from the digital version provided by the designer in the initial post..... And it looks like the keycaps match the physical RALs, based on the pic the designer shared in their server when they received samples. I know I'm way late now but only picked up this set recently to use with my jris65. My question is....why the f is the novelty spacebar 6u and not 6.25? I bought it assuming 6.25 and now i cant even use it.
