It looks like the IBM Model M from the 80s, not sure if they made it with cyrillics though so it could be some copycat version too. If it is a Model M though or some variant, it would have buckling springs and by some be considered a mechanical kb despite using a membrane.

Looks vintage for sure, but not like a Model M. What do the switches feel like? Are the keycaps able to be pulled? Your best bet would probably be asking in the Deskthority Discord (It's not called Deskthority anymore, but I don't remember the new name. I'll edit this reply later when I can check my phone.) in their channel called "what is this" or something like that.
someone needs to make an aussie keyboard community called QMƎɹ┴⅄. get it? haha :D

btw, it a 6p6c type of connector on the end of the cable. like telephone, but with 6 pins
