Concerning GMK Nord updates: I'm sorry for going radio silent for a long time. From now on, I will focus on weekly updates every saturday.

Samples: Due to miscommunication with gmk,  I received samples of very old colors. R2 has been requested with up to date ones, so these ones aren't very representative of Gmk Nord. The alpha and mod
colors are especially different. The only color that stayed the same is the green.



Deskmats: R1 samples have been rejected, as they weren't what I envisioned them and I am awaiting r2.

Base Kit
The base kit covers most popular layouts (60%, HHKB, 75%, 65%, TKL).


Spacebar Kit
This spacebar kit is like any other spacebar kit, but also supports split keyboards.


NorDe Kit
The NorDeUk kit adds support for these languages: Norwegian, British, German, Danish.


Numpad Kit
The numpad kit was separated from the main kit to improve affordability, but maintain compatibility if anyone wants to outfit a numpad.


Novelty Kit
The novelty kit contains icon mods, vim arrows and nord novelty keycaps.


Assembly Kit
This kit was made with compatibility in mind. It supports most 40%, ergo and ortho boards.

I'm confused about the artisans, because on this it says there's supposed to be a blue one but it's not on mkultra instead it's a dark one.

But the Boardwalk render shows the accent Pipe key being used (which I think is preferable to most people):

There was some miscommunication with the artisans on my end. If you bought the dark one, it's supposed to be the blue one. Write to your local vendor about it, as the dark ones aren't going to be made. Sorry for the mixup.

A blue one is going to be manufactured instead of the dark one. If you ordered the dark one, you'll get the blue one. I'll have to discuss this further with the NA vendor when he's awake, but I think that they might issue a refund to everyone who ordered the dark one. Not sure about the latter yet though.

Dark artisan isn't going to be produced, a blue one will be produced instead of it. It was bad communication on my end which caused that.

Really nice Assembly kit. So far the best icon mods I have seen on a GMK Ergo kit. 2x Alpha and Mod-colored 2u convex spacebars is great to see for both ergo and 40% that use two 2u spacebars.

At first I wasn't a huge fan of the colorway to be honest, but the amazing design on the Assembly kit has really made it grow on me. This Assembly kit should be the standard for Ergo kits IMO. (Too bad it makes it so expensive, but I am willing to pay for a great kit.)
I will be in on Assembly for sure, probably in on Novelties, and maaaybe in on Spacebars to cover Boardwalk arrow layout.

Question about the base kit: from the renders it shows that there are 2x 2.25U shift keys.  Is that really the case, or is one of them supposed to be a 2U shift?  I can't imagine why 2x 2.25U's would be needed...

Kind of, it's a bit dead now, although greek is working on a pcb for it so there is a chance that it will run. Sorry for the convoluted answer.
