Yeah, I like my Kershaw way better, The Gerber is meh but whatever, it's not like I'm going to toss it.

That is indeed a Twitch TV bottle opener.  Went to a couple MLG events and at the Twitch parties they were giving them out. 

It is a Benchmade knife.  They are awesome knives, but not cheap.  I currently have 2 and love them both though.  The one in that picture is this one:
