I hadn't seen those before. They look like an acceptable substitute (mainly I want a low-profile case that shows exposed switches). Can't speak to the quality, but I think TEX's past products have been good quality and I trust them.

Also, I will probably go for black if it's available. I will keep these in mind if the TEXes aren't coming soon, though.

I was leaning towards getting qtan's cases because they look thicker than the tex cases.
