Honestly, I'm ok with this.  Makes it a fun surprise.

I would be as well, if it weren't for the fact that customs here in Norway tend to ask me for my social security number to process my package (since i had it shipped to my office and not to my residential address) - which they may or might not do unless i check the tracking and see that it is needed - not doing that tends to delay delivery.

By the way, who's transporting the international packages? USPS?

Could someone please post a side-by-side comparison of 1965 mods and Amazing Chocolatier mods? I'm really curious to see how much of a difference there is between respective dark browns.

If possible would also love a SA Filco cap next to it.
SA Filco is slightly darker than 1965 mods

Thank you. Hopefully Chocolatier will match.
Never bought Chocolatier so not sure how they will compare.
Here's a potato pic of my minila with SA Filco.  The entire bottom row is SA 1965 mods except for the TBN spacebar from SP since that and black were the only 3 unit SA spaces I could get a hold o until carbon comes next year.  The 2u shift is the brown key from my Rama M10-A, not sure of the color code.
(Attachment Link)

Thank you for the picture. Guess I can live with the ISO Enter from Filco SA or Chocolatier.

Extras will go live Wednesday.

There are about 30 packages left to be packed, and it should be done tomorrow night for a Monday pickup.

Thanks everyone!

Hi Jchan, I haven't yet gotten any order updates. Could you please look into my order? Order #4478 which had TKL + nonstd + novelties and later had a numpad kit added.

Probably includes the alphas.

Got a tracking number but no email, so no idea whether it is this or my M65-A.

Still too rich for my blood, unfortunately.  I'm going to hate to miss this.   :(  I might end up doing it because I remembered the same consideration for Hack'd by geeks, and I really wish I'd done it.

But I like the way he made it available on the site just disabled!

You are not alone. We would’ve received the package by now if it was sent out the same day the label was created  :))

It's been happening, so I wouldn't write it off that he didn't ship it.  USPS doesn't reliably update shipping.  Of course, they also lose packages when they say that they haven't received it yet, so...

Hi everyone,

I've been getting emails about the tracking not working, or being updated.

These packages were already dropped off well over a week ago at this stage.

I've contacted USPS about this already

Tracking finally updated last night.  Left City of Industry distribution center.  Nine days for USPS to even get it on its way out of the state is completely bonkers.

I had the exact same experience... 9 days without even leaving the area?
Seems like USPS is even worse than post here - Usually overseas packages gets here in a couple of days, then spend 3-5 days clearing customs and arriving at the end location...

That's pretty typical of the City of Industry hub. Takes forever to get stuff through there sometimes.

Is there any movement to run just the orange modifiers in the reddish versions?

The cream and brown are exactly as I’d hoped.  I wish the orange had more red mixed in.

Came in today! They look amazing! Sadly, after $60 for shipping, I still had to pay $30 in duty. All told, 1 set of alphas, 1 40s kit, $235.

My sets finally arrived. Sorry for not replying to all the messages about my selling of them, it just became to difficult to coordinate what I was going to do with them before they had even been delivered.

They are now up for sale on mechmarket. https://www.reddit.com/r/mechmarket/comments/7fejwh/au_h_sa_1965_alphas_tkl_novelties_w_paypal/?st=jaf8dsqi&sh=d5cbe467

I got an email where I was told the label is automatically created when the order is made, and that they send the email with tracking when they pack the order.

It's been six days since I got the email, and I'm worried the package has not made it to FedEx, as I assume FedEx would scan the label when they receive it.

I also want to order some BKE domes, but I'm reluctant until I know that this order has been delivered.

Does USPS have tracking for this kind of mail in Norway? I see that my package departed Luxembourg on the 21st... and no news since then :(
<EDIT:> Finally arrived in Norway... time to get excited :)

For future GBs, I wish there would be an option to select other means of transportation than the notoriously slow USPS...

357 days wait... it's finally here! Super happy about it - although I wish the customs-declared value would be the same as I paid, not the pre-discounted price, as that gave me another 15$ unnecessary tax  :'(
