God damn guys, I never thought humans could have such a heated discussion about a damn numpad key :P

Anyway, I have just discussed EU pricing and unless something huge comes up this will be it:

Assuming that includes VAT, even with the shipping on top of it that seems quite fair.

Also, I'm still waiting on a reply from GMK about the customs label before we can dig into the US pricing. I don't know if I have mentioned this before, but I'm also setting up a Chinese and a Taiwanese proxy. I was able to set up a deal with GMK about shipping to more vendors than regular :)

Having vendors in the US, Europe, Korea, Taiwan and China makes a small small part of me think we can reach that 500 MOQ mark and bring pricing down even further :)

I guess Germany's VAT is applied rather than Belgium's. So it should be 19%, unless I'm missing something.

Nope, GMK sells without VAT to Mykeyboard. David then pays 21% Belgian VAT.

VAT is consumer only, so just retract it from the price. Depending on where the US seller is, he then just have to add sales tax if he's in a state that requires it.

There is GMK shipping which I hear is not cheap.

By releasing "it" tonight or tomorrow I assume you mean the final US pricing correct? That's what I assume you mean but I'm wishfully thinking you might potentially mean the actual buy.

I do! EU and US are pretty much 100% ready to launch now, Korea should be tomorrow. The Taiwan/China proxy isn't finalised yet though. Like I said, GB should be really really close :) :) :) :)

Alright, people! Here is the US and KR pricing!

I'm pretty pleased with it, considering that this base set is quite a bit more expensive to make and one USD is .84 EUR now instead of the +.96 it was a couple of months ago (this turns a $135 base set price into a $154 one!!).

I will make a post on Reddit in a bit since I have to go now. Now it's only the TW/CH pricing and we're all set to go!!!

Ooh and just to clarify, some of you may notice that when you convert the EU prices to USD they're quite a lot higher than the US prices. This is again because of the 21% tax. Margins on the EU sets are actually lower than on the US sets :P

Yeah either that or next week! Depends on when I get a reply about TW/CH pricing (the main reason they didn't give it to me yet is because of the unknown cost shipping from GMK to them. I asked GMK about this days but they have yet to reply. If anyone here has experience with shipping costs from GMK to Taiwan please hit me up :) :) :) :) :) :) ).

Either way, I'm glad you like the pricing!

I don:t know exactly but similar with Korea. Maybe about 3.5euro/base set, about 1~1.25euro/small kit

maybe singapore proxy will be in charge for AU and NZ. And regarding price, you have to consider as below...
In case of Korea, we use the bank. So no additional fee. But if you will join to Korea, maybe you use the paypal and additionally paypal fee will be charged. So you have to consider these cases.

I will likely handle the Aussies and NZ peeps as per the Calm Depths buy that is ending soon. Sadly because we can't all pay via the same banking system as cocobrais mentioned, there are some PP fees involved. Stripe is also an option.

Jan has the latest pricing for the SEA/China/TW/AUS/NZ regions, he'll probably update soon :)
