Uggh, Slept on the Shoulder Wrong
« on: Sat, 01 December 2018, 04:08:29 »
Now has this pulsing pain where Tp4's scapula connects to the humerus,

Wonder if it's possible to tie myself up flat to the bed before sleep so that this kind of thing can't happen.

There are people you can pay to tie you up.... but you usually have to call them mistress and they usually have a whip. So probebly not helpful at bed time.

Cut your arm off, you'll feel right.

Prehistoric humans didn't even have beds,  I wonder if they woke up angry with a shoulder/neck kink all the time.

Is it numb all day, or just when upon waking.

It goes away pretty quick most of the time.

Pain originates from the brain, not the body, to protect the body. Override the pain with logic (i.e. don't catastrophize it), and it will be about 50% better.

Popping some Aleve and Tylenol (2 of each) will take care of another 30-40% of the pain.
Maybe they're waiting for gasmasks and latex to get sexy again.

The world has become a weird place.
