E-switch KS1100 switches?

I was looking through electronics suppliers for a small PCB-mounted pushbutton for an unrelated project, and found a listing for E-Switch KS1100 series switches.

They clearly look like a MX-clone-- similar shape to a plate-mount MX switch, 50m lifetime rating, but no details on feel or force curve beyond "60gf" and "2mm to make, 4mm to full travel."
They are *unbelievably* cheap at at least one distributor right now-- Newark has a few hundred in stock, at less than 12 cents per switch.

Has anyone tried them? Even to the point of asking "tactile, linear, or something else?" Are they someone else's product rebadged or something unique?
