The way it looks now is a bit too simple and i think that it still has potential but dont want to overdo it. What else can a little dragon needs but a little dragon wings

It would be an issue to cast it together so it might be casted separately or depending on how it goes. Adding this might bring construction issues since its suspended and when pressed hard enough, might snap. It would be too nice to pass on this though so i dont know $:-\$

This is awesome. This is where it all started for you . It is great to see how far you have come. I would say you are one of the better key cap makers that is underrated.. You are an inspiration and it makes me want to not be discouraged on trying some casting my self.. Good work my friend , I can wait to see what the future holds with the great ideas you've had , Hopefully you will consider some revamps of the older casts (judgmental v1 and ROBO) are some of my favorites just to mention a couple, After the new stuff rolls out. Keep it up man, you have a fan here for sure !

haha yeah man, all started with this thread and holds my very first idea and just trying to improve as i move along. And i use this as a reminder how bad i am at sculpting when i started and using that to see how i can improve using the old designs or making new ones. I think i can say that i did improve a little, i guess. lol.

i use resin to bind the wings to the body. Very delicate though so its not really practical to do it

was able to make a mould of the first version of the copy cat and realized that i want to clean it more which came out the 2nd sculpt of it with cleaner stitching but wasnt fully satisfied with it. Holding out the 1st version, i think i like it more and decided to remove the features of the master cap and redid the stitching, eyes, ears, side button, and the fur which i think is a lot better now.

And because i can only work on keycaps and sculpting at night after the baby sleeps, it took me a while to finish everything and will now proceed to mold this little fella.

While updating the design, i am trying to cast the first version with the mould i made before to see how different colors would look and i think i am satisfied with it already.
