@unforgivable I'll forward your tracking shortly it's easy for me to do when I'm dropping off sub 20 packages as I can pull it aside right away

Whereas when I'm dropping off 100-200 packages the uk system is a nightmare, I must add I know this isn't ideal, but all jtk buys were planned to ship from america, with the exception of slider extra orders shipping was charged based on shipping from conus, and the website and all our systems are set up around that, I made the decision to ship this buy to ensure it would get done and in as timely manner as possible, and covered the additional shipping charges accordingly, the draw back to this as mentioned above is the ctrl alt systems are not set up to do this, and the uk mail system is way way behind the times technology wise making it just so so much work to do manually when not using some kind of api

So due to this not only have I been happy to cover the additional postage, but also the cost of any and all replacements, yes when shipping at this volume some things will not arrive, it's a very small percentage

But, every single person will get their order in full and we are very very close to doing that

If anyone has not received their sliders 2 weeks from today, I'll open up a form and get any that need to ship out again out by that Friday, and as it'll be such a small amount I'll be able to update full tracking for each of those orders that night to people

In the time between now and then, once I have the last of the replacement keysets out I'll put out a form for anyone who wants extra spacebars and random extra bits I have here, and those will also ship that Friday and then everything will be clear and complete

I received my sliders, sadly I must say they are way to loose for my OG cherry keysets, the worst being my dyesub set. More than half of the two JTK stems sets I bought are just not holding the keycaps. Maybe I got unlucky.

Anyway I am still happy with them. Note on the RF105, no need to modify the JTK stem for the left control. The white spacebar is nice! Thanks Bunny!

With yours specifically, I have your entire package ready apart from I'm waiting on the orange and white set which is en route from jtk if I'm remembering your order correctly( I believe it's a large rather complicated series of transactions and we switched a set out for orange and white upon request)

Apologies if I'm remembering the details of this incorrectly I'm in my phone right now but will be at my desk tonight where I can check properly

But if that is you, I believe orange and white will be in hand in about a week but as mentioned I have the rest of the package ready if you would rather not wait

That's not the case for these replacements as I'm dealing with shipping in a much smaller scale so he certainly will get tracking as soon as it goes out, however if I'm remembering his order correctly which I'm fairly sure I am he has a rather complicated order that also had a late change so it's a package I'm taking extra care over to make sure it's correct

Swapped the sliders, really happy that it works with no drilling (although the caps do hit the case)

As it was mentioned before sometimes the caps can fall out, happened with 2 or 3 caps so far, but it's easily fixable with some tape in between the slider and the cap

these all went out this morning without a hitch

the update on the remaining replacements is slightly delayed

i had my first baby scan this afternoon for the new baby and then right after my uncle (who is essentially like a dad to me) was rushed to hospital so havent had anytime today so far, i will start communication with the last of those tonight via support tickets but the full update here may not be until tomorrow or the next day depending on family obligations tomorrow, but ill still try and get it up tonight

right now im working on fixing a few legends with jtk of which ill have updates and photos shortly, and then we will be doing a quick production of toxic and raindrop and 2 other colorways that are already in the works and we have done the color samples of, but after that im sure there is a lot that is possible involving community driven colorways

I'm not planning on doing a slider swap for some time (due to time constraints mainly, new member of the family).

I've got an hHKB and a RF 87u 55g (most likely use the RF).  I'm a bit confused on what I should be looking for to make sure I don't have any issues with my sliders?.. that is, other than doing the slider swap.

Seems like now is the time to find out if I need any replacements rather than wait.

Is it mainly the non-1u keys and I should just check that the keysets I use fit ok?  Is it an isue of  tolerance for these sliders lacking uniformity / not tight enough?  Or would it be more accurate to say that they're are just some duds mixed in here and there?

slowpk - 2 missing keys packed and contacted
schoolbus - replacements packed and contacted aand asked to make sure they had sliders sent already and not to include with replacements


that with the 6 i already had packed its about 3 quarters, i am almost certain i will be able to get the remaining 8 or so done before monday and updated here in a similar fashion im just running very behind on things this evening and its been a very long day

They are cherry profile which for me is a preferred profile feeling wise but it's of course subjective

My son has the Nora virus so I've spent the last 24 hours covered in vomit and looking after him so haven't had time to put the form up for the extras so my apologies for that, thankfully he's having a nap now but once he's feeling better hopefully tomorrow I'll have time to get that form up

just the caps sir, just remove some material from the 2 stabilised parts of the caps until clearance is no longer an issue

the alternative to this would be drilling the case
