I sent all the tracking to support tickets tagged under this buy but I have about 3 additional tracking details which would be for tickets I didn't tag correctly so I'll be hitting those up tonight as it's a much more arduous process to find them

But for the most part everyone got tracking last night and everything is out which is a huge huge relief

i finally had the time to try out the sliders and fit some old cherry doubleshots on my hhkb. they looked so promising but the end result is a total bummer.
the wobble is just crazy, so crazy that sometimes the keys get stuck and won't come up anymore.
sadly to say, these sliders are a downgrade to the original ones and are not worth the money.

i do appreciate the effort a lot but sadly they impact the typing experience too much for my taste, so much that it doesn't justify having mx caps on my boards.

they might work for people with 55g domes but for me it's not working out.

I've heard of some stabilized keys getting stuck due to the base of the slider being slightly too big which can be fixed via sanding (maybe even just the corners), but I haven't heard of regular sliders getting stuck because of wobble. If the latter is actually your problem, sounds like you got some rejects that are too small or something.

I had some regular sliders that would get stuck. I narrowed it down to the sprue mark though. That's what I think is going on with cookie's sliders.

I've compared it with regular sliders and there is a is a significant wobble and space between the slider and housing.
They also don't fit that snug in the housing as the original ones do.

The stabilized keys are actually working good but the regular ones get stuck.

So my guess would be in the replacement sets I received from jtk he didn't include those, indont have any additional ones on hand but I'll ask him about those and report his response

As for the incorrect set, I'm in my mobile right now whichakes checking support a nightmare but tonight I'll take a look for you and get that rectified

What I do is print the shipping labels and then I have a shorthand to write on the back as to what needs to be packed per order, my guess would be I misread or miswrote one

In theory I should still have your correct set here so it will be no problem to get that sorted for you
