Nah, that's the glow from the RGB underneath. I have white backlighting which I've turned off for these caps. I rarely turn them on as they're too bright and I can't change the brightness.

For the most part, there will be a Google form to fill out. Other artists like BroCaps and KWK offer their raffles through CtrlAlt's website. Just follow the artist's thread and you're good to go.
