If the legends are of the same OG Cherry pad printing quality they will last pretty much the life of the set, they are nothing compared with currently available cheap stock OEM pad printed key caps.

It is a bad timing for a white and black austere looking set to compete with full technicolor ones with all the bells and whistles. It appears that people prefer to put their money on cuteness than on elegance. Another example of the novelty-artisan phenomenon, how someone can pay a lot of money for mostly ugly pieces of colorful plastic?

I too think this is really unfortunate timing, especially with so many overlapping GMK buys (many ran by Originative).

What? Just treat every GB as if it were to succeed and plan your financials accordingly and you won't have a problem. If you gamble on some of them to fail, you'll have a bad time.

i have not received mine yet, but i would assume that GMK is packing the magenta mods much like Ceresia was packed. it's a 'mini' tray that does not fit a complete key set, but is suitable for mod kits like this one

Colors aren't very accurate due to lack of natural light and my inability to correct crappy lighting...
Colors are perfect, but the Magenta is a little yellowed out. The Black is always spot on though! Great pictures. Keep them coming!

They took the set off the site just before the holidays (perhaps to wait for stock). Now that the sets have arrived, it seems both magenta mods and WoB set is back on sale.

I was thinking it could use a splash of color but can't find GMK add-ons in stock. This is my first high end set and I love the fact it works with so many add-on color packs.

Still looking to buy/trade for the arrow style 1.5u backspace from GMK Originative. I have the 1.5u backspace from the WoB Icon Mod Kit and am willing to pay a substantial amount for it.
I concur the arrow backspace is cleaner and fits better with the other Cherry Icons. Good luck in your search.

Some time ago there was a small quest to explore the alcohols on pad prints, I could never find specific blends around here, but as far as I remember the results of others weren't all that good either
I sand keycaps for various reasons anyway, sand the F/J bumps to soften them a bit, sand the 1.25 keys I press with my thumb near the spacebar so they are softer and more ergonomic on the thumb (especially the edges, as they are very sharp on gmk's)
