So I was playing around with the spreadsheet tonight and thought I'd share this. I estimated that I'll be ordering at least 100 of each keycap except Random, which will get 50 each... and screencapped what everyone's subtotal price before shipping and all that is (since shipping is the only thing subject to change.)

Hope that gives everyone a much better idea of how cheap this actually is. Most keys are going to be either $1.44 or $1.73 each.

Updated the OP with more good news, Melissa let me know about more quantity discounts between 100 and 250 which we'll likely be taking advantage of, so the 250 quantity discount seems less unreasonable. See the green section in the OP for pricing details. Now for whether to nerd out and calculate the EOQ or not lol.

The order list is current to now and if you don't see your name on there check the OP for why. I'm seeing a lot of posts and not as many PMs.

Lol, the last one got posted on Reddit too, I haven't gotten anyone who has mentioned that they're from Reddit order yet.

Considering that there's going to be like, 100-150 of these made, its going to be really limited no matter what.

Went to the post office today, got news for you guys. I'll update the OP later but the short version is that I'm going to offer $15 flat rate boxes and $10 bubble envelopes because the envelopes aren't going to be flat rate. Some places might be $3.50, others might be $13, so I'm setting it at $10 and hopefully it balances out. Flat rate boxes are going to get there in 6-10 days and bubble envelopes in 10-15.

Again, if you order portal keys and SC2 keys, your shipping will be combined and only the handling cost ($1) is charged twice.

Just to confirm, do all 1x keys count towards the bulk discount (for example, we need 250 total 1x keycaps, which we already have, to get the cheapest per keycap prices)? Or is it per race (for example, we will need 250 1x terran orders, 250 1x protoss orders, etc, to get the cheapest bulk buy discounts)?

Sorry in advance if the answer is overly obvious.

That is correct, it needs to be for each individual key, we have not hit the 250 mark yet for any key, and probably aren't going to. I'm thinking 200 tops.
