I'm often disappointed with orange as a primary color for a keycap.  We'll see if it gets stronger as the days roll by.

^^^ This.  @Beehatch I hope this answers your question: For whatever reason orange dye, or rather the yellow component of orange dye reacts kind of funny with resins.  I'm so careful anymore I don't push it to be the color I'm looking to get.  If you notice some keys don't even have a great separation between the opaque and transparent sections.  This is because the same mixture of resin in different molds set up at different times... no bueno.

It could be the dyes I own were bad, but yellow is a finicky dye and its component in orange is definitely present in ruining quite a few of my casts.

He has a huge hole in the side that's not facing the camera.  Thought it was the trans resin being so clear, but the wall was hollow.  I think it happened when the mold tipped over for a moment last night.

Were people talking about Keythulu a necklaces (or something like that) not long ago?  I may have been dreaming as my dreams are nearly always perfectly realistic enough that I'd never know, but if I'm not and some have a good top and half a stem you could recoup some of your material cost from that bucket...

Nothing from this sale, but she has piles of prints.  Just asked her what the deal was and she got all misty with me and thanked me a lot (she went solo like almost 2 years ago and it has been challenging) then we got into details.  She'll be organizing her prints and getting them listed.  Also she said she'd be doing more of these...
