What happens if one MOQ is not hit? Are the other kits sent? I want to make sure i get all my kits, i dont want to get stuck with a set missing nordics or non standard.

The set images show a tiny circumference and asterisk and upside-down (IMO) single and double quotes, but the renders show them large and right way up. Which is correct?
