Around 150 Grab Bags will go up for sale starting Wednesday, April 18th., at 9:00am PT. The bags include keys from SA and DSA Penumbra, SA and DSA Hyperfuse, SA Amazing Chocolatier, SA Nuclear, SA Oblivion, DSA Legacy and a number of other sets.

Is there a schedule regarding the next batch of grab-bags??

They only announce grab bags here when they are close to release and apparently they do not follow a regular schedule to try to be fair to everybody. Ironically, snipers are constantly refreshing this vendor page, so your chances of getting a grab bag are close to nil.
