Can anyone help me configuring this? Whenever I put it into flip mode this is all that comes up for it. I've tried updating the driver, using dfu programmer(although not sure if Im using it correctly), ive tried to use zadig but I cant seem to figure it out.

Is anyone experiencing inconsistency in anodizing on their number pads? Please see photos for what mine look like:

looks like pretty standard defects to me, nothing i'd call b-stock

i've had a number of silver boards (including duck boards) over the years with similar anodizing artifacts

nature of the process

Anyone been able to successfully flash with the new software? I keep getting an error after running the TrueCustom.bat

"error resetting after download: usb_reset: could not reset device, win error: A device which does not exist was specified.
state(8) = dfuMANIFEST-WAIT-RESET, status(0) = No error condition is present"

I also can't find Maple 003 in my devices to remove/reinstall, I just see a Maple DFU

Edit: was able to have this resolved, if anyone has any issues, just pm me.

I got my order the other day and was attempting to assemble everything.

Was there a build video / assembly instructions available anywhere?

I actually think I'm missing a flathead screw as received 2 longer socket caps, 1 flat head, and 5 button cap screws.

The switches should be attached to the plate and then soldered to the pcb.
I'm assuming the 4 button cap screws attach the plate/switch/pcb to the top housing.
Then the 2 socket cap and 2 flat head attach the top and bottom housings together.

Does that sound correct?

correct, you've been sent one too many button heads in place of a second flathead, shouldn't be too difficult to find though

Will there be anymore added functionality to Duck's new software for programming, ie different underglow or media keys?  Seems we are currently limited to whats offered in the keyboardeditor

So  I finally found some time to partially assemble the light pad

I noticed that the pcb actually had active voltage going to the LED thru holes and decided to test it out
