Love the colorway. Altogether looks really nice. Can I ask the philosophy behind choosing which keys are "accented" with the purple text? I would have thought those were typically more Esc, Enter, Backspace, etc. I've never seen Tab chosen to be an accented key or only alt/code in the bottom right.
Just a thought: Alternating blue and purple text might look nice for F-row.
I do not love spacebars + numpad being bunched together in the same kit.
The philosophy behind it is to accentuate keys without being "in your face" about it. It is a subtle change in hue, all the while adding character and charm to the set.
The reasoning behind these specific keys might seem random, but in my head it isn't (not so sure if others agree yet). Basically, I want to accent locations that will always be in use, while keeping some form of structure, all the while straying away from the "standard" positions - it left me with the two keys right of space as well as tab and caps. These positions have a nice asymmetrical symmetry, if that makes any sense. :D
1800 compat (R1 Del, End, PgDn) should be moved to the numpad kit, extended 65% compat (R3 PgUp, R4 PgDn) should be added to the base. Alternate color options for `~ and 1.5u \| would be nice, but I get if that doesn't fit in with your vision for the colorway.

TIL there are fireflies that emit this sort of color. I've only ever seen (tons of) the ones that emit that kinda high-vis yellow/green light (which reminds me of the legends on GMK Night Runner). Neat!!!

Unfortubaly no Rama cap or any artisan in general. The reasoning behind this is because as I dislike them myself, I don't have confidence enough in designing one I can be proud of putting out. Same goes for novelties I'm afraid. Sorry!

I think the RAL 040 70 30 looks nice on accents, but if you want something more toned down ... you were already referring to RAL 300 60 15 as "Accents" in your color list.
The soft purple might end up working well. I'm not really pushing for accent keys like that, but its a thought.

Haha, seems like people really want some accents going. I am thinking, if there's an accent kit, I'll have to de-accent the original accents features in the base (quite a few keys...) as that looks too cluttered IMO. Give me some time to think, and let's see what I come up with!
BTW, are you planning on working with KBDfans as a proxy like with GMK Nines?
Any chance of a kit to make all mods same color, either accent or mod colored? Love the colors and how understated this set is, but the more I look the more the different color legends on the mods bug me.
I like the blue colour, but I also think the set would look much better with the mod text the same colour as the alpha text! The accent kit with the reversed colours looks nice.

Experimented with all the colors as accents and peach is the only one that works. Trust me, purple and the lighter blue definitely didn't work. 😂

I didn't notice the Q4 '22 ETA for production. Shouldn't r2 be faster since color matching was already done in r1?GMK is swamped with orders, there are a couple dozen sets they need to finish before they can even think of starting to manufacture this, a handful of new GBs run every month, plus the pandemic didn't help either.
