ok but it's a 65
-
Yea, no thanks.
-
My vote goes to the Apollo65 without all of the paisley etching. The nob and simple design are beautiful enough to stand on their own in my opinion.
-
The first design is 100 times better, but unfortunately I bet everyone will vote for the tacky rgb.

like design B, but prefer a blocker. Also I think the big PC bottom is to fit the battery in there, but it will probably make the board too elevated to type on comfortably.
-
At least nobody can say it's boring?
-
Why not combine the 1 and 2(b) with a full metal bottom and you will have something unique, premium and more OP than the GMMK Pro and on par to a Sat75
-
ok, but what about plate pics? mounting structure? i'd rather see the plate than know the knob is perforated :(
-
Muse with the Perforated metal knob PLEASE
-
Apollo 65 for sure

When you press the top buttons on the second design the case is gonna bounce like hydraulics.
-
I'm a sucker for paisley. The light bar is also cool. Combine them.
-
super cool, both the boards are totally awesome.
-
While the first board is very simple and nice looking, it doesn't really scream Angry Miao to me. The 2nd one, while looking more like a Cyberboard, also feels "too basic". Angry Miao is known for their crazy designs like the Cyberboard and Hatsu and neither of these 65% appears to capture that.
I would ask that Angry Miao look at other crazy yet beautiful designs from this hobby, specifically:
* Grid600 / Grid650
* Geist Machine
* Giga40
Not saying they should copy, but look for inspiration from them. Each of those brings something very novel and unique while not looking entirely tacky or I should say looking beautiful. Just my 2 pennies though.
-
I am voting for number 2 with the "tacky RGB" because that is what I read someone else call it. I guess tacky is a good word? NUMBER 2 for the win!!!
-
Option b for me, however I think both would look better if they were a bit shorter / lower front height. The main attraction of smaller form factor keyboards for me is the smaller size lol.
-
Please make both
Sincerely,
My Brain
Please don't make either
Sincerely,
My Wallet

I love the idea of a side-mount rotary, very neat concept. Overall design is a bit busy for my tastes but I totally get the angle.
Now that 65% though, I LOVE the mix of the metal and polycarb, the asymmetry of the shorter lightbar rocks.
-
Such an intricate design on the Apollo, kinda dig it. Definitely prefer that over the second option.
-
Are you going to make an in theme cybermat for the paisley one?
-
They both look gaudy as hell, wouldn't consider either.
Apollo could be nice as a budget board if you removed the paisley and knob.

Plenty of keyboards like that already, the one thing I don't understand about GH members is the penchant to go into threads and say "remove everything about the keyboard that makes it different, I want another by-the-numbers keyboard that's exactly the same as others"
-
I really like the Apollo layout & knob but the paisley is a deal breaker for me

Cool. So remove mostly everything about the board that makes it unique. Less than helpful.
-
I like apollo if the right most column is 4 keys instead of 3

Same. Don't know where that trend started but it's just ugly. Would actually consider it without that blocker.
-
First one, but put the decals in the back.
-
the paisley on the first one looks super tacky, and i hate the blocker in the nav column. second one is definitely better, but that's not really saying much
-
The apollo65 is out of this world beautiful.
Not really a fan of crazy RGBs so my vote goes to the Apollo.

Agree on the blocker. Only good blocker is HHKB. Paisley is always dope though. The itches love my paisley ties at work. Would be even better engraved/etched somehow.

reddit users appreciate foam and RGB.
geekhack users appreciate the finer things and smaller details.

I think this is the right time to talk about keyboard for two types of people gamers and non gamers. If I was a gamer, I'd go for rgb, although it can be tacky if not done right.
As a non gamer, I would always prefer a non rgb keyboard over rgb, but a tiny bit light indicator or led panel is my preference.
The first one I wouldn't go for because that's also tacky imo.

It's not the right time.. :)) RGB is just a preference, gaming doesn't really matter. I like RGB, well, other then shine-through key-caps, and I don't PC game.
-
People who use keyboards are people not just gamers or nongamers. I use RGB because I work at night. Stop being snobs.

To be fair, you are either a gamer or a nongamer, logically speaking, that is a true dichotomy..
-
Apollo is dope
-
PAISLEY! All the way for me, do not care much for RGB if I'm gonna turn it off permanently

The Apollo looks much nicer to me, but the pattern definitely needs to be optional.
I also personally would put my money into either of these boards until I saw a fully finished production level prototype. Nothing against you personally, I just get nervous when I see ICs for extremely intricate and innovative boards. There are just too many things that can go wrong during the GB. I do wish you luck and will keep my eye on the project.
-
Love both designs, but have some concerns about second design's front height.
-
Both designs look great. As long as these aren't $800, I'll be interested.
-
I am very interested in player no.1
i would like to see player no.2 dropped from a very high cliff and then shot for good measure.
-
Player No. 1 if you do solid metal designs as well.
If not, then Apollo w/ full light bar.
-
Player 2: Design B
Looking for a 65% with thick bezels and gamer aesthetics. This one fits the bill perfectly.
-
any NFTs avail?
-
Apollo 65 is unique, and I really like the design of it.
Muse 65 is classic and similar to Cyberboard. I like the design, but if I have to choose, I would go for Apollo 65.
-
I prefer the Apollo 65 without the awful paisley markings. So ugly looking. Please keep to solid colors.
-
I like the idea of the Muse 65 if less colour was used and a better use of light was made for the PC section.
-
Design 1 without the etching. It's too much.
-

If there's any NFT **** involved then I vote dump both designs in the trash and don't support AngryMiao.
-
Apollo looks very interesting with that knob style. What does the bottom look like? I hope the Paisley is just like a special edition offering or something. If that's the only colorway, you are going to be splitting your target audience right down the middle for no apparent reason.
Hard pass on Muse for me. Looks like it was designed by an intern who did the previous internship at iBuyPower or something.
-
Apollo 65 please
-
Still hoping for Muse 65 Design A!
-
What a Levitation aesthetic and vivd look!
