Are you using your ISP's DNS settings? Try Google's.

No it's Evil Brian trying to circumvent anyone from buying anything from your good store.  You should return the favour and hit that bastard with multiple DOS attackes (let him know two can play that game)  ;D .

Yeah still not working... I think it's my IP address because if I use my wifi on my phone it wont work but once I switch to 4G it works fine lol.

Shut your modem (or router, sometimes they're the same device) off for a day, let your lease expire, then fire it back up and you should have a new WAN IP.  That will tell you definitively if they have blocked you.

But it's more likely that your ISP is blocking/filtering/misrouting traffic to that address for some reason.  Have you tried calling them?

What IP does the URL resolve to?

We certainly don't block IPs.

Can you try Chrome (or Chromium) in incognito mode?  That should ignore all cookies and other artifacts.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Tried it, it is definitely my router or IP or something. I am not a software, programmer type of person so that stuff is beyond me.
