Have you been wondering what to do with all of those excess ISO enters from your keysets?
Well, here you go, an iso macropad! Configure it as a “boss-button”, configure it as a mouse click, or whatever you can think of!
iS0 will come in 6 colors:Matte Black, Standard Silver, Olivia Rose Gold, Deep Red, Deep Navy, and Dark Grey

- 18mm front height
- 8 degree typing angle
- 69g weight (assembled)
- 6063 series alu
- 6 color options
- Top mounted polycarbonate plate

iS0 is a two part, top mounted custom kit – featuring a specialty built polycarbonate plate for optimal keyfeel, total overkill for 1 key macropad – just the way we like it!
Weight of the unit will be 69 grams with the standard configuration
Target price per unit will be $69.99 – each unit will be painstakingly controlled for the smoothest and fullest anodization and will arrive in a specialty packaging

Additional notes / Q&A
The 8 month estimate is to prevent the usual “4 month” estimated timeline that ends up being 8 months anyways. We want to take our time and deliver the most beautiful looking keyboard we can, its likely we end up shipping before then, who knows
The $69.99 price may seem high, but in reality, we will more than likely lose money on this group buy. The chosen manufacturer is very high end (I’ll refrain from name dropping, but they produce some very high end keyboards you’ve seen) And the quality control and packaging doesn’t help the fact either. In any case, the goal is to make everyone happy
Yes, we know this project is silly/dumb. It’s not for everyone, but we hope it’s for you!

Are there any shipping cost estimates?
E.g. to Korea, China, Philippines, Australia, EU, USA, Canada would be a good starting point to have listed.

Through some basic math, we've figured that it's cheaper for everyone to ship from Taiwan. Since we are already losing money per unit and absorbing that cost, if we were to give units to EU retailers for example, they would pay more per unit (actual cost instead of discounted rate) on top of VAT, which ends up over $85 per unit (assuming the vendor makes 0 money)
Shipping to anywhere in the world should be affordable, this is one of the reasons I chose Doyustudio as the vendor

Not yet, as the exact specs of the hard case for the unit are not finalized yet - though I assure you they will be dirt cheap (Doyu has very good shipping rates)
I'll add them to main post as soon as we have a good idea of size/weights

OK, that sounds good. I was surprised that some GMK sets were actually $20+ cheaper from a proxy than directly + VAT, and that was even before considering the shipping cost. I guess they must have been getting a special price or something.
Also, I don't really like ISO, all my boards are ANSI, but that means I have lots of spare ISO Enters ;-)

I can't bite my tongue any longer. We NEED a dual version of this, with two ISO Enter keys, one upside down, to form a 2.75x2U rectangle (I said this before). But...
The left-side Enter key should have a large 0 legend and the right-side Enter key should have a large 1 legend.

You see, we, the poor ISO users, never are experience the joys of ANSI enter and therefore, I believe that we should have such a thing. For too long have us ISO users been oppressed by ANSI users and therefore, we shall use the precious enter that they hold so deerly, as a joke piece, to remind them of humility. I also propose that we recieve a similar macropad using a split spacebar, Us split spacebar users are incredibly marginalized in current keybord culture.

Now, now, if you were a truly oppresed ISO user, you wouldn't be asking for a pad that would use a single ANSI Enter key. We truly oppresed ISO users have PLENTY of those, so it's only logical to want deserve a pad that fits four ANSI Enter keys and the corresponding four left Shift keys below. Like this:

I cannot condone creating more homes for ANSI enters. The ISO enter has been abused, forgotten, and unloved, my goal is to create loving homes for each and every one of them. I think giving more support to the ANSI gang will only help perpetuate the patriarchy caused by years of flagrant ANSI sponsorship.
