I agree with you whole heartedly, and I don't want to get too political, but the stuff going on in America with Asian Americans is disgusting. Many feel that they don't owe anybody anything because hey, we pay in money for what we want. But the reality is that this keyboard scene is  so ridiculously reliant on asian culture. From the insane amount of Chinese manufacturing that provides us with switches, cases, and such, to the insane amounts of gmk sets ripped directly from Japanese culture just for the aesthetic. I'm not even the type of person that hates on hiragana sublegends on every set, but I just think that if you participate in this hobby where you enjoy the benefits of Asian culture, the least you can do is say we're with you, and much less don't say "I just want my keycaps."

Yeah I agree, keebs and politics don't need to be connected, I just think we should at least recognize that a large majority of those who make this hobby happen are in danger in America. Btw the shut up and dribble thing was a talking point on conservative shows like fox during the protests last year. Tons of NBA players were voicing their opinions on the BLM protests and people dying and such. Some of the more racist or at least insensitive conservatives were  saying "shut up and dribble" as in the players shouldn't voice their opinions and should just play basketball. It kind of felt like saying "I just want keycaps man" somewhat implied "I don't care about what you just said, do what you do best", hence, shut up and dribble.

I just wanted to make a goofy response and lighten the mood up but I was dumb thinking I'm somewhat above racial or socioeconomic discussions. I did, it has a TXKBD order number, tracking number and "items in this shipment GMK WoB Shinethrough" with a picture of the kit to the left of it. Tracking number just says label created. If no one else posts to this thread saying they got the same email I'll open a support ticket with them.

Yes, stepped caps require the switch to be soldered slightly left. So, regular caps and stepped caps are not compatible.

I wonder if GMK has the same type of mold SP DCS has for center stemmed stepped caps? Although I don't even know if SP still has or uses that mold. The only sets I've ever seen them in are really old DCS sets like Toxic.
