Just got this programmable keyboard in the mail today NIB and am having an error after installing the software that came with it trying to run the program.
The error is Failed to open PortIo device:error=2 and also has a speaker doing the really loud tactile click sounds whenever a key is pressed. Has anyone ever had this problem before with one of these?
Since its an error 2 I can guess its not finding a file that is specified but I do not know which file it would be. Also using windows 7 and have no xp computers near me to test that problem.
