I had a 3190 once. That board is cool for 2 things. First, the numpad has row E profile so you can use them on the numrow for super clean look (well you will need to find a 1u 0 key somewhere else like a 1950). Second it's one of the few models you could get a fulltouch black on beige caps lock.
It is a nice board if you don't mind the slightly odd layout and having a magstripe. It is a serious pita to program, but once you set it back to normal (or if you get one NIB it shouldn't even be a concern as it would have standard to match the legends by default) you never have to muck around with the awful dos style programmer again.
