New PC build, with emphasis on silence.

The main use of this computer will be for general internet surfing, and listening to music.  It will run Linux exclusively, therefore compatibility is a concern.  The reason I chose the case is, I think it will look good under my Pioneer SX-580    It needs to output to a 2560x1440 display, and be quiet, and non-intrusive.  I will not be gaming on this computer ( I have other computers for that   )  I might watch the occasional movie.  What do you guys think?  Am I making the best of the parts I already own?
