Those are real beauties.. fantastic set I have to admit.
I'm so happy I got them ordered.
I see that this spherical shape is are pretty subtle. That additional row on first photo says "deep dish" - I thought they will be that deep;)

Ok, evil plots aside, here is the plan...

Now - consolidating and reconciling data from Matt3o, late orders, PayPal, and misc. e-mails and PM requests.

Soon - send e-mail copy of order and shipping address to each group member.

May 1st or so - receive bulk shipment from SP.

May 4th - sorting and packing starts.

May 6th - packages start being mailed.

As soon as possible after that - DONE.

Of course, no plan survives intact once battle starts, so actual results will be what they actually are.

FYI,

 - Ron I samwisekoi

Hi Ron,

now when we know you will be getting them this week/weekend not the following, does it mean you would be able to sort and send them next week/weekend?

I might be able to put my hands over a sample pack earlier to take some photos.

Keys will reach Ron next week. Original plan does not change.

I might be able to put my hands over a sample pack earlier to take some photos.

Keys have not shipped to ANYONE, including in bulk to me.  Because of recent problems with poor communication and shipping follow-through on other group buys (not Klaxon) I am making plans, publishing them, and then following them.

So right now I am prepping the mailing list, ordering supplies, and getting set up.  Packing starts on Mar 4th; shipping starts on May 6th.

However, if you want to get your keycaps early, you are welcome to come help sort and pack on Saturday, May 4th in Mt. View California.  Send me a PM if interested.

Besides, anticipation is half the fun, right?

Please stop asking for leftovers!

Let me repeat once again which is the left overs policy.

- We have ordered leftovers to cover broken keys, lost packages and errors made by Signature Plastics
- We will be shipping ALL the orders and wait that everybody received them
- When we are sure that all kits landed safely we will count leftovers
- At this point (at least 2 months from now) leftovers will be sold at reasonable price

We have no clue at this stage if we are going to have any left over. For this reason you can't preorder leftovers, we might end up not having any. We are really glad that you liked this set so much, but unfortunately at this stage we can't help you getting one.

What's sure is that the set had a huge success and you'll be able to buy ALPHA+TKL+SPACEBAR from some users who took more than one set. So don't despair, you just have to wait a couple of weeks.

Thanks!

Ok, before everyone gets all excited, Matt3o -- designer of this GB -- had HIS PERSONAL SET shipped to him.  Not the sets for all of Europe.

In Washington and California, it is 07:15, and nothing has been shipped to me.

(Besides, it will be a race of turtles to see if UPS can deliver my bulk order slower than Italian Customs can process Matt3o's single set.)

Boxes and unboxing?  First package ready for mailing, stuff like that?

Not so much, no.  I will drop a set on a keyboard and post THAT, unless Matt3o and Italian Customs beats me to it.
