Nice board.  Wish there would've been the option to get these without the engraving above the arrow keys.

I personally really like the engraving, it adds a bit of originality to the board. Talking with other people you're not the only one that shares that opinion though.

I love the engraving. Distinguishes it from any other bare board.

Not the best pictures, but the stump keycap i won on sifo's holiday giveaway is here, and i think it will go good on my red backlit board. 124476-0124478-1

They auto change slowly. It is nice because it is not as flashy or distracting as you might think. If I would have purchased the fast changing ones it would be a different story lol

I use to have RGB LEDs on my Jane's window keys and they would slowly go out of sync, it was so aggravating that I swapped them with Pink LEDs.

lol yeah, that would be annoying. They certainly all change at different rates but in this situation that is exactly what I want.

Le Potato:

Kinda tore up a few LED traces in this whole process so I am looking for a backup facew pcb to keep around. Not sure how long that will take.

My Y keys led is currently being run off of the non populated right menu key led slot from the bottom row.

In switch LEDs are really the way to go with clear tops, it is so nice looking and doesn't seem to impact the brightness very much.

Is that two Esc keys on there?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

btw, just wondering -- are the resistors "1001" type on your PCB? aka 1000ohms. I noticed that some RGB LEDs don't play well with certain PCBs (Duck for example uses 470ohms iirc) and get stuck on red and don't cycle. I'm wondering if it's a resistor issue or the way the traces are hooked up to the controller?

@appleonama, I sell both fast flashing and slow cycling RGB LEDs in 2x3x4mm variants on my site.

Id have to check but they don't work unless I am on the highest LED brightness setting. As you said, they just sit on red the whole time. So yeah, it's just that they require a lot of power to cycle I guess.

Thank you very much. :D

I have a black Jane CE coming and a black Lightsaver v2, wish I had at least one with a different color. First world problems.

Not sure why it says "amp;" after the and symbol, it's not like that in Flickr.

"amp" = ampersand, what the "and" symbol is called.
I'm guessing it couldn't process the symbol correctly.

Nice shot as always.

I can't wait for Jane CE to be shipped. I need a black aluminum board!

Thank you very much. :D

It's appearing correctly. I assume Flickr is sending the html code for any special symbols, and something in the GH coding is preventing it from being decoded.

Look up a few posts. The first 3 times that it appears, it is not correct, but after that it's fine.

Just a pic of my Ducky G2pro with MX Green.
Not one of the best looking keyboards, but i still like it!

Is that two Esc keys on there?

Haha yeah you are correct. I just bought the dark grey keycaps set from a friend, and the keycap that is supposed to have that position is missing im afraid :(
So just put the ESC for now :) But hopefully i will have a complete set soon enough!

The treys are 5" and will hold 21 caps in total edge to edge.

Wow man, that's really neat!
I need more keyboards to hold all of these keycaps.
