Those are nice caps... what caps are those?
Hi pro

Sent from my Passport using Tapatalk

Do they feel nice to type on?
From what I've read, only if you type correctly

yup, stock hi-pro keycaps.
i don't like how the lower profile keycaps fit in this version though, the socket/stem for the hi-pro is higher than normal.
only the last row has the normal sockets/stems, which gives it a weird drop between the bottom rows.

the keycaps all feel like scooped caps.
you'd really have to keep a touch-typist positioning for the fingers.
it feels like the the top part/keys are very narrow as well.

It sounds great and sucky at the same time.. I can barely imagine people ALWAYS typing like a proper touch typist. But perhaps that's just me.

I don't have an Alps spacebar (yet) that fits. Hence the Dolly. It's my only Alps artisan. :)

Thanks, I've had this waiting to put it together for a while. Finally got over my fear of SMD soldering.

The peacock case color makes it difficult to find keysets to go with it.
