It is powder coated. All I know is the powder they used gets this texture when baked. What amazed me, is how uniform the texture is across the board. It turned out incredibly well.

That is absolutely gorgeous! Been leaning towards all-black stuff for some time now & this is the best all-black item I could dream of. Lol, if that even makes sense!

I thought this was the case, but read recently that gateron does not make them. I'll try and track the info down.

The more I think, idk. I can't recall where I saw the manufacturer info. Just ignore what I said. It is prolly wrong.
