extraWY = W stands for winkeyless, so it's the 1x (regular sized keycap, like any of the alphanumerics) that goes between ALT and CTRL that are 1.5
extraSY = W stands for standard.. which is what the regular windows key is on any newer board.
Size of the keys. 1.00 is a QWERTY size key where as the 1.25 is sized like a normal modifier like the control, alt, and windows keys on most modern keyboards.
I believe the W in WY is for Windowkeyless e.g. keyboards that have 1.5 sized modifiers with a switch in between with enough room for a 1.0 sized key.
That leaves the S in SY for Standard where the key is sized similar to the keys on the left and right.
If I'm not mistaken, you get everything that you would need in the standard kit. It includes:
2x 1.25 Alt;
2x 1.25 Control;
2x 1.25 YellowDiamond key;
1x 2.25 Left_ANSI_Shift;
1x 1.25 Left_ISO_Shift;
1x 2.75 Right_Shift;
1x 1.75 Shorter_Right_Shift;
1x red Esc

Ya whats up with their strange very low, very curved, very textured profile? I have a hard time investing in anything SP since the 'ESC guy w/ keyboard' I bought sits so low compared to my KBC caps. The curve and texture doesn't bother me so much but why so low? Are there some profile standards im missing out on? I know they have profiles listed on their website... kinda overwhelming for a noobie I guess. What profile are they using for their 'Row 1' aka... ROW 4? How do they compare to WASD's profile? sorry if this is a dumb question.

I had finished colorising my work Filco with about 52 Qtan keys and was wondering when the GB keys would show up and, sure enough, there was a small brown box in the mailroom.
Do have one question though.
Is it normal for the Filco plastic stabiliser inserts to not fit securely into the corresponding stems on SP keys ?
I am talking of the stems on the two Shift keys in this GB.
The Shift keys ARE installed on the keyboard but only using the switch and not using the stabiliser bars which are lying flat right now.

It's kinda "normal." SP just has **** QC so... yeah. Easy fix though, cut a small (3mm) square of plastic/tape and put it on top of the switch stem and then put the cap on so that it is jammed between.

ist it just me or do the shifts have a strange profile ?SP keys are a little shorter than the Filco/Leopold/etc. profile.

Does anyone else have the feeling that the profile of the SHIFT keys is off? I can't quite put a name to it but it feels and looks kinda strange sitting on my filco :(

My keycaps arrived as well and they look great!!
One minor thing though;
Left shift and control key didn't fit well with my filco keyboard so had to cut edges off;

Same here with every SP left shift I have gotten.

Got mine today too, 7 days from Germany to MN,USA is pretty damm quick.Pretty sure all my keyboards have long AKA normal sized right shifts. PM me your address and the length of it (so I don't send you the short left shift by mistake) and I'll mail it out when I have time.
